4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
After the purpose of use has been achieved, personal information is stored separately in a dedicated database and then destroyed in accordance with internal policies.
  • Electronic files : subject, email address, inquiry details, attachments, access logs (IP address, browser information, date and time of access, etc.)
  • Paper documents : shredded or incinerated

In principle, the Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties.
